With a foundation in Western medicine and clinical experience in psychiatry, I offer a unique approach to mental wellness through personalized hypnotherapy. After earning my MBBS and working in hospital-based psychiatry, I witnessed firsthand the limitations of symptom-based treatment — and the power of addressing root emotional and subconscious patterns.

Today, I specialize in helping individuals break through mental blocks, manage anxiety and stress, and heal from within by combining evidence-based hypnotherapy with medical understanding and compassionate care. My sessions are deeply personal, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're navigating burnout, emotional overwhelm, or a desire for meaningful change.

I also work with individuals who suffer from emotional eating and habit change. My approach goes beyond surface-level solutions: we work together to uncover the root emotional triggers, automatic responses, and mental conditioning that sabotage your goals — and gently rewire them.
